Install a limit switch on the host cover. When the maintenance door is opened, the mixing motor automatically shuts off for easy maintenance. The host shaft end adopts oil sealing technology to maximize the reliability of the shaft end seal. The blades and lining plates are made of wear-resistant materials, which greatly improves their service life.
The cement measuring hopper is suspended from the frame by sensors, and the structure is stable and highly reliable. The water measuring bucket is suspended from the frame by sensors and discharged using a water pump. The additive measuring bucket is measured by a single lifting point sensor, and the measuring cylinder material is stainless steel.
The aggregate batching system consists of an aggregate storage bin, a measuring hopper, and a flat belt. The aggregate measuring hopper is equipped with four pull type sensors.
