High temperature instantaneous sterilizer is mainly used for sterilization of liquid materials such as fresh milk, fruit juice, beverage, wine, soybean milk, Chinese medicine, etc. If matched with a high-pressure homogenizer, it can also be used for high viscosity feed liquids (such as sweet condensed milk), making it an ideal sterilization equipment. 2、 Working principle of electric heating UHT high-temperature instantaneous sterilization machine

The high-temperature instantaneous sterilizer is equipped with a pressure vessel - a high-temperature barrel - inside the main unit, which is used to fill pressure steam. The main setting outside the barrel is a spiral double tube, which is used for cold and hot exchange of incoming and outgoing materials; The main setting inside the barrel is a spiral shaped single tube, used for indirect heating.

3、 Sterilization process of electric heating UHT high-temperature instantaneous sterilizer

The material enters the outer channel of the double coil through the feeding pump, and is indirectly heated by the hot material flowing out from the inner layer to obtain preheating. When the material enters the high-temperature coil set in the high-temperature barrel, it is heated to the required sterilization temperature due to the indirect heating of the steam inside the barrel. Then, it is insulated inside the single coil outside the barrel to kill the bacteria in the material. When it returns to the double coil, the material enters the inner channel and is cooled by the outer cold material, resulting in a significant decrease in the discharge temperature (generally below 65 ℃).

If it is necessary to increase or decrease the discharge temperature in the process, an angle type shut-off valve can be used to connect it to the heat source (steam) or heat source (water or ice water, etc.) to allow them to enter the outer flow channel at the lower end of the double casing.

The throttle valve of the high-temperature instantaneous sterilization machine can be adjusted. On the one hand, it keeps the material under a certain pressure to increase its boiling point temperature and prevent vaporization. On the other hand, it is also used to adjust the flow rate.

The material is finally discharged through a three-way valve. The lower end of the plug is connected to the rotary pipe, and its outlet is connected to the storage tank. When needed, the rotary pipe can be rotated to align with the overflow pipe. The upper end of the feed three-way valve is connected to the storage tank, and the lower end is connected to the material source pipeline.

When it is necessary to improve processing capacity, the "U" tube can be removed and replaced with a centrifugal pump.

This sterilizer is a manually controlled sterilizer, and the sterilization temperature is adjusted by an angle globe valve. The discharge temperature can be changed by the angle globe valve. The pressure gauge, sterilization temperature gauge, and discharge temperature gauge for steam are all installed on the main engine.
