Exothermic welding is a method of completing welding by generating ultra-high heat through chemical reactions (exothermic reactions).
The current carrying capacity (melting point) of the fusion point is equal to the current carrying capacity of the original conductor.
Welding is a permanent molecular bond that does not loosen or age.
The fusion point, like copper, is not affected by corrosive products.
The fusion point can withstand repeated large surge (fault) currents without degradation.

Operation steps:(Simplified)
The first step is to clean the mold, dry the moisture in the mold, and then clamp the wires according to different specifications. Step 2, place the metal isolation sheet, then pour in the corresponding molten powder, evenly sprinkle the ignition powder on top, and sprinkle a small amount on the gap of the mold.
Step three, cover the mold cover and aim the ignition gun to ignite it. Be careful not to harm people or other flammable materials at the mold opening. Step four, open the mold after a few seconds to complete a forming welding, and then clean the mold to prepare for the next welding.
