    Many equipment manufacturers entrust all subsequent issues to their management personnel after installation, commissioning, and delivery of the equipment. However, due to the lack of familiarity of rural management personnel with the equipment and the irresponsibility of some management personnel, when equipment problems occur, the management personnel are unable or do not handle them, and the manufacturers have not yet arrived on site to solve them. Therefore, many local villagers directly change pipelines and no longer use water purification equipment. Therefore, strengthening after-sales service is very important. Regular maintenance and upkeep of equipment should be carried out in a timely manner.     Management and safe operation of integrated rural water purifier equipment

    1. Operators and maintenance personnel must undergo technical training and production time, and pass the examination before they can take up their posts. 2. The equipment should be prepared for startup before proceeding. 3. When the power supply voltage is greater than or less than 5% of the rated voltage, it is not advisable to start the motor. 4. Operators should follow the electrician's operating procedures when opening and closing electrical switches. 5. When repairing various equipment, power must be cut off and a maintenance label should be hung at the switch before operation. 6. In rainy or snowy weather, operators should pay attention to anti-skid when operating on structures. 7. When cleaning the motor equipment and its surrounding environment, it is strictly prohibited to wipe the operating parts of the equipment, and the flushing water must not splash onto the cable head, electromechanical live parts, and lubrication parts. 8. Operators at all positions should wear complete personal protective equipment and take safety precautions. 9. Non staff members are strictly prohibited from opening or closing the mechanical and electrical equipment of their respective positions. Fully automated operation and backwashing. Backwashing is entirely determined by the working condition of the filter layer in the filter, rather than the unscientific practice of regular backwashing in traditional processes. Due to the continuous interception of suspended solids in the incoming water by the filter layer, the filter layer becomes clogged and the water level rises, resulting in siphon phenomenon. At this time, the filter layer undergoes strong backwashing. After the filter layer is washed clean, the backwash is completed. During flushing, it does not affect the operation of the equipment. The entire system does not require dedicated personnel to manage. Simply press the water pump start button to start the system, and turn off the system by disconnecting the water pump button. The integrated water purification device has the same purification process as urban water supply plants. It includes: coagulation tank, sedimentation tank, filtration tank, water quality stabilization device, backwashing device, water pump, and electrical control cabinet. Filter tank: After sedimentation, the water flows into the filter tank for filtration, and the filter tank structure is used; The bottom is a water pipe. The middle part is quartz sand, and the upper part is white coal.
