    After entering the integrated water purifier, the river water first enters the distribution area at the bottom of the device for uniform water distribution. The water flow rate decreases and slowly enters the high concentration flocculation area for coagulation reaction. Under the guidance of the inclined pipe diversion area, the sewage flows upward along the inclined direction of the inclined pipe and enters the settling area. The deposited sludge slides down along the inclined direction of the inclined pipe under the action of gravity, and the fallen alum flowers are pushed into the sludge hopper of the water purification device under the hydraulic action of the inclined pipe diversion. The water clarified through the inclined pipe enters the filtration chamber from the upper part of the water purification device and is filtered through the filter layer from top to bottom. The alum flowers in the water are intercepted and filtered by the filter layer. The filtered clean water is collected through the filter head to the clean water area at the bottom of the device, and returned to the clean water layer at the top of the device through the connecting pipe. The river water is purified in the integrated river water purification device and flows into the clean water tank.

    River water treatment equipmentMud discharge and backwashing sewage: The sediment settled inside is automatically discharged through the mud discharge system at regular intervals. The discharged mud and filtered backwash water are connected to the sewer or mud pit for drying treatment.

    ① Mud discharge: After a certain period of operation of the water purification device, the electric valve automatically discharges the mud once through the signal given by the central control cabinet (the mud discharge cycle T=12 hours is suitable when the turbidity of the raw water is below 500mg/L, and the mud discharge cycle is adjustable). At the same time, the mud chamber is linked with a pressure water solenoid valve and the electric valve. The electric valve and solenoid valve for sludge discharge are controlled by the control box, and the remote control box for the chemical water chamber is centrally controlled and managed.

    ② Backwash discharge: After the sewage is filtered through the filter layer for a certain period of time, the resistance of the filter layer gradually increases. When the water level rises to a certain height, automatic backwashing begins. The water in the filter area rapidly accelerates backwashing under the static pressure of the upper clear water layer. The clear water in the device returns in the opposite direction according to the normal operating path. When the clear water passes through the filter area, backwashing of the filter layer begins. After backwashing for 3-5 minutes, when the water level in the clear water area drops to a certain level, backwashing automatically stops. The backwash wastewater is discharged into the sewage tank and led to the sewer or mud pit through the sewage pipe.
