During the storage process of food, due to the effects of oxygen, enzymes, and heat, internal oils and fats may undergo hydrolysis to generate free fatty acids, unsaturated fatty acids may be oxidized to peroxides, and other lipid rancidity phenomena. The rancidity behavior of this type of oil may cause food to have a sour and unpleasant odor, poor taste, and serious potential adverse effects on the body of the consumer. There may also be a serious risk of cancer. Therefore, major food testing laboratories often test the acid value and peroxide value of food oils and fats to avoid health damage to consumers caused by food spoilage. Based on the above experimental extraction solution concentration requirements, Ruike has launched a high-throughput oil concentrator.

By combining the advantages of rotary evaporation and high-throughput nitrogen blowing instrument, the vacuum degree of the system can be reduced to enable rapid parallel evaporation of petroleum ether from the sample solution at low pressure (20 kpa-90 kpa).

Based on a universal water bath platform, different racks can be placed to accommodate different sample tubes.

By adopting a precise digital vacuum control system, different samples are ensured to be in the same evaporation environment, avoiding the loss of target substances in the sample solution due to azeotrope with solvents at low vacuum levels, thereby ensuring the parallelism of experimental results.
