Compared with traditional digestion methods, microwave digestion has the advantages of fast reaction rate, short sample preparation time, low reagent consumption, low reagent blank value, and high sample preparation accuracy. ■Rotary table rotation method: Unidirectional continuous rapid rotation, allowing each tank position to receive microwave energy more evenly
■Temperature monitoring method: A specific infrared non-contact temperature sensor that can penetrate the tank body, scans and monitors the true temperature of all sample solutions in real time, and displays the temperature change curve
■Pressure relief method: The digestion tank has a "switch" type quantitative pressure relief function. When the working pressure exceeds the upper limit, the pressure relief groove automatically releases pressure without the need for conventional consumables such as explosion-proof membranes. When the pressure is reduced, it quickly closes to ensure the safety of the digestion process
