The conventional management process for vehicles entering and leaving the factory area is that when the vehicle passes through the gate, the driver needs to complete a series of actions, such as slowing down, stopping, opening the window, swiping the card, waiting for the gear lever to be lifted, driving, etc. Obviously, this is an inefficient management method that can complete the entry and exit management function. Parking lot managers have always hoped to find an efficient way to manage driving vehicles without stopping. This solution to the problem can satisfy both drivers and yard managers. It also involves issues related to vehicle theft prevention and identification of foreign vehicles. And after entering the factory area, the management personnel cannot know in a timely manner where the vehicle is heading and which restricted areas it has gone to.

Vehicle entry and exit judgment There is an electronic tag installed behind the license plate of the vehicle, which is the identification of the vehicle. There are two fixed card readers installed at the entrance of the parking lot, namely card reader one and card reader two. The system sets the vehicle that first passes through card reader one and then passes through card reader two as the vehicle entering the hospital, and the opposite as the vehicle leaving the hospital; When the car leaves, it passes through the exit and the card reader at the exit recognizes the tag. The gate automatically opens, and then the card reader sends a signal to the system center to clear the information of the parking space in the system database. The parking space is idle.
Parking space allocation The card reader can recognize electronic tag data within a certain range. If the card reader reads the tag and determines that it is a vehicle belonging to the hospital, it will determine whether the vehicle belongs to the hospital. If it does, the license plate number and parking space of the vehicle will be displayed on the screen at the entrance. At this point, the gate at the entrance automatically opens to release the vehicle, and the owner can directly go to the parking lot to find the corresponding parking space. There is a fixed card reader installed on the parking space. After the system allocates the parking space, the card reader recognizes the label of the vehicle. If a non corresponding vehicle is recognized as parked in the parking space, the card reader will sound an alarm;
Real time vehicle positioning Each vehicle is equipped with a GPS positioning device, and the system control terminal is equipped with a data signal receiver; When a vehicle goes out for construction work, the GPS positioning device continuously sends signals. After receiving the signals, the receiver can transmit them to the system terminal. The system terminal checks the GPS map, analyzes the data, and finds the corresponding location on the map to locate the vehicle's location and time for the work.
LED screen display Set up an LED screen display at the entrance. When the card reader reads the vehicle label information and assigns a parking space, it can automatically display the information on the LED screen, with clear and concise information.
Long distance identification The effective reading distance between the card reader and the label on the license plate is 0-80 meters, which provides a buffer in the recognition time from the card reader. This distance is suitable for the vast majority of parking lot environments and is also achieved; No parking clearance” The technical foundation.
Automatic recognition of construction vehicles For construction vehicles, the system can automatically identify and allocate parking spaces. The system stores the basic information of construction vehicles, and the database records the license plates, owners, and basic information of vehicles entering and exiting the hospital. When passing through the entrance, the card reader at the entrance recognizes the tag information, and the system controls the scanning of the vehicle's license plate and takes a photo. Then, the license plate number is extracted and compared with the license plate in the system database. If it corresponds to the information in the engineering vehicle information database, the system controls the automatic opening of the vehicle gate.
Automatic recognition of vehicles within the hospital For vehicles within the hospital, the system can automatically identify and allocate parking spaces. The system stores the basic information of the vehicles in the hospital, and the database records the license plates, owners, and basic information of the vehicles entering and exiting the hospital. When passing through the entrance, the card reader at the entrance recognizes the tag information, and the system controls the scanning of the vehicle's license plate. Then, the license plate number is extracted and compared with the license plate in the system database. If it is a vehicle in the hospital, the system controls the automatic opening of the vehicle brake.
Specific vehicle management within the hospital For specific internal parking spaces, it is not allowed to be occupied by external vehicles when there is a vacant space. A wireless automatic parking lock can be installed. When the card reader on the lock detects that the vehicle tag has left, it will automatically lock. Except for the owner's vehicle tag, no other vehicle tag can be opened by swiping the lock and the parking space can be used.
Off campus vehicle recognition For non hospital vehicles, owners can apply for temporary parking cards to obtain parking spaces. Temporary parking cards can only achieve automatic entry and cannot automatically exit to prevent temporary vehicles from taking the card away. The car owner retrieves a temporary parking card from the security guard, and the car is released and automatically assigned a parking space. When a temporary vehicle leaves, the card reader cannot recognize it and can only be returned at the security guard. The management personnel can manually open the gate to exit.
Effectively manage vehicles For vehicles within the hospital, the system can display whether they are inside the hospital. When the vehicle enters the courtyard, the system displays its location as inside the courtyard; The card reader at the exit reads the vehicle's exit information, and the system displays the vehicle's location as not inside the yard. By using this principle, it is possible to count the vehicles in the hospital, and based on the data in the database, it is possible to determine at any time whether the vehicles belong to the hospital and who they belong to, thus playing a role in anti-theft to a certain extent.
