☞ Hospital medical equipment positioning management system
The medical diagnosis and treatment equipment in hospitals has high value, large quantity, and high frequency of use. It is frequently used in and out of the warehouse every day, which increases the difficulty of management and leads to situations where the inventory is not returned in a timely manner or even lost. In order to strengthen the management of medical equipment and ensure the safety of hospital property. Haotian Technology has designed this medical device positioning management system to achieve automated management of device positioning, theft prevention, and statistics.

▶ Equipment positioning requires knowing the real-time location of each device, such as whether a machine is in a mirror room, an inspection room, or a corridor, whether it is stationary or moving.
▶ The theft prevention of anti-theft alarm equipment is of utmost importance. When the equipment leaves the department area, the system will trigger an alarm. When the equipment is set to a non working state and forcibly taken out of the warehouse, an alarm will also be triggered.
▶ The equipment inventory administrator can conduct an inventory of the equipment in the laboratory through the system. At the system terminal, instrument information can be read, queried, edited, added, and deleted, and updated in real-time.
▶ Inventory management includes two types of equipment storage: new equipment storage and return storage. For new equipment entering the warehouse, code the rules and bind the code to the RFID positioning tag ID. The tag is fixed to the equipment to ensure real-time updates in the management system. Place the instruments that have completed coding, fixed labels, and information entry in the designated location of the mirror library according to the rules, complete the storage, and generate a storage list. For instruments that are returned to the warehouse after normal use, the system will automatically complete the return and storage record through signal reading devices arranged in the warehouse.
▶ When instruments such as endoscopes need to be used and leave the endoscope room, the system's reading equipment will automatically read the label information of the instruments and record it. If the system determines that the outbound shipment is normal, it will not sound an alarm. If the system determines that the outbound shipment is illegal, it will sound an alarm. The system can set a legal outbound time based on the situation, specify the number of endoscopes and other instruments that can be legally outbound, and also configure card tags for instrument users to carry with them. This can bind personnel and instrument information, thereby knowing that a certain instrument has been taken out by someone.
▶ The real-time position of each endoscope will be displayed graphically on the system, allowing for a clear view of the position and usage of each instrument.
