Fat analyzer QW-SZF-06A/02A

The fat analyzer mainly consists of a digital electric constant temperature water bath for heating and extraction, solvent condensation and recovery, digital automatic temperature control, and timing control. During operation, the digital temperature controller can be used to adjust the temperature in real time according to the different boiling points of the solvent and the indoor temperature (easy to choose timing temperature controller). During operation, the condenser tube can be manually moved up and down. The connection between the condenser tube, extractor, and extraction bottle is made of glass grinding mouth, which has good sealing performance.

The substance obtained by extracting the sample with anhydrous ether or petroleum ether and evaporating the solvent is called fat or crude fat in food analysis. Because in addition to fat, it also contains pigments, volatile oils, waxes, resins, and other substances, the fat measured by the extraction method is free fat.
