Fatigue testing machine-002This fatigue testing system is mainly used for fatigue testing of various concrete components such as high-performance concrete beam bending fatigue testing, shear connection composite beam bending fatigue testing, steel reinforced concrete beam fatigue testing, etc. It detects the fatigue load, failure load, fatigue durability performance, fatigue strength and other related tests of beam, plate, column components;


1) Overload protection: Over 105% FS overload protection (no deformation, no mechanical damage);

2) Displacement measurement accuracy: ± 0.5%;

3) Dynamic test force ± 500kN;

4) Test force accuracy: static ± 0.5%, dynamic ± 1%;

5) Amplitude of actuator: ± 100mm, indication accuracy ± 0.5% FS;

6) Frequency response range: 0.01-30Hz (Bidders should provide an amplitude frequency characteristic table to meet the test requirements).

7) Control mode: load, displacement, deformation control mode;

8) The software offers waveform options including sine wave, triangular wave, trapezoidal wave, square wave, as well as custom editing of experimental procedures.

9) The computer screen directly displays vertical and horizontal load data, with full mouse operation. At the end of the experiment, the software will save some important data, such as test load, frequency, number of cycles, and test time.

10) The software has the function of displaying measured peak and valley values. Display the peak, valley, and peak to peak values of displacement, test force, and deformation of each actuator during the test process.

11) The software has a numerical adjustable protection function, which sets the displacement, test force, and deformation protection values of each actuator separately. When the protection value is reached, the test will automatically stop;

12) Tensile force: 500kN, thrust: 500kN, stroke: 200mm; double pole double action structure;

13) The working frequency ranges from 0.1 to 30Hz.

14) Built in high-precision magnetostrictive displacement sensor;

15) Using high-precision spoke sensors to measure vertical loads;
