LEPFilter wheelDriven by a powerful DC servo motor system, it can achieve high precision and high performance. Precision technology detects the actual position of the filter wheel and dynamically corrects errors, lags, or offsets.

The MAC 6000 filter wheel module can accommodate two filter wheels and three shutters. The powerful software command set gives the filter wheel more flexibility, suitable for almost any application. In addition to standard direct commands, the controller also provides master or slave hardware triggers to achieve maximum performance.

High-speed shutter

Electronic shutter can be used as a standalone component or integrated with most filter wheels. The shutter is not affected by high heat from strong illumination sources, and combines high reliability and high speed.

There is also a separate shutter controller. This controller can drive up to 4 shutters. Provide digital input and output, which can be set through software commands, and synchronize the shutter with the camera and other capture devices through USB and RS-232 interfaces.

Dual filter wheel

The dual filter wheel can be used to obtain additional positioning and increase the flexibility of filter combinations. The dual filter wheel has six to ten position versions, providing 10 to 18 unique filter positions. When used in combination filters, bandpass excitation filters and neutral density filters can be programmed to control the wavelength and intensity of fluorescence illumination.

The dual filter wheel has the same features as the standard filter wheel: a 25mm or 32mm filter diameter, integrated electronic shutter, and high reliability servo control.

The filter wheel becomes a component of the microscope optical system by inserting the wheel or shutter between the lamp chamber and the microscope.

Operating keyboard

The filter wheel keyboard is an essential accessory for manual operation and status indication. The keyboard provides a simple method to switch filters. Operating the keyboard will not interfere with the application software.

Filter wheel bracket

The filter wheel bracket provides rigid support for the filter wheel independent of the microscope. This is particularly useful for applications that are sensitive to vibration.
