The V2019 version of the Luosi RFID Fixed Asset Management Platform is a mature, complete, and stable fixed asset management platform developed by Jiangsu Luosi IoT Technology Co., Ltd. based on years of asset management experience and advanced IoT technology through multiple iterations and upgrades.

The platform adopts a B/S architecture, guided by user experience and centered on business functional requirements, to achieve full lifecycle management of assets from procurement, registration, requisition, allocation, leasing, repair, maintenance, inspection, real-time monitoring, inventory, depreciation, and disposal.

The platform supports barcode/RFID label printers, barcode/RFID handheld terminal devices, RFID card issuers/readers, 2.4GHz network card readers, as well as various mainstream IoT devices such as UHF ultra-high frequency passive electronic tags and 2.4G active electronic tags, achieving comprehensive physical asset supervision.

Part 2: System Features

• 

  1. One item, one code

  An asset uses a unique barcode to manage the storage location, department, personnel, management department, and management personnel of each asset, and to provide comprehensive and accurate supervision of various business management processes of fixed assets. Combined with reports, it truly achieves consistency between "accounts, cards, and items"

  2. User Permissions

  The system can set personalized menu function permissions, button permissions, view permissions, data permissions, etc. for each user/role/position/work group, and can also set dynamic menu navigators. Business functions are clearly classified, easy to learn, understand, and operate

  3. Approval process

  Users can set their own approval process for each business document, customize multi-level approval, define approvers or roles for each level, set different approval processes based on different conditions in the document (such as the size of the asset purchase amount), and some functions can also be set to not approve (i.e. the document will take effect immediately after saving and submitting for approval); When there are multiple approvers within a single review node, the previous process origin or the review node can designate a single approver to submit for review

  4. Multi level institutions

  Support asset management for multiple institutions (especially group enterprises), multi-level sub departments, individuals, or subordinates. Each user can log in and manage asset data within their authorized scope through authorization

  5. Free to sell assets

  The system can set some assets as inventory free based on actual management needs (such as real estate such as houses and land; intangible assets such as software and licenses; and other assets that cannot be moved). After setting them as inventory free assets, the assets will be defaulted as inventory assets during inventory

  6. Attached Assets

  Partial assets can be set as attached assets (each attached asset also has an asset barcode and is usually labeled with an asset tag), such as high-value spare parts such as server hard drives, computer accessories, and audio-visual accessories that can be linked to a main asset through the function of splitting and combining. When the main asset is inventoried, the attached assets can be checked and counted, and the attached assets and main assets can be split and combined

  7. Asset components

  A parts list can be set for assets (parts do not generate asset barcodes or paste asset labels), and the name, specification, quantity, unit price, and total price of a certain part can be set in the parts list. The total price of all components is equal to the original asset value

  8. Reminder function

  Reminder for pending tasks, reminding assets to be scrapped or reused before reaching the scrapping deadline; Borrowing reminder expiration reminder; Lease expiration reminder; After specifying maintenance, inspection, and testing plan tasks, maintenance expiration reminders, inspection expiration reminders, and inspection expiration reminders can be realized

  9. Full lifecycle

  It is possible to manage the asset lifecycle from procurement registration to asset scrapping, by querying the asset registration, label printing, requisition, borrowing, leasing, transfer, inventory, repair, inspection, maintenance, depreciation provision, and final scrapping and disposal of a certain asset
