Fully automatic six head weighing filling machine

This machine is controlled by PLC program and can automatically count and feed bottles, automatically peel, weigh, measure and fill. The equipment has a high degree of automation, and each filling head is equipped with a weighing automatic feedback system, which can quantitatively set the filling amount of each head or fine tune and correct individual heads to ensure consistent measurement. The whole machine is made of stainless steel and can be filled quickly and slowly in a submersible way, which can effectively reduce the production of foam. The pipeline adopts a quick installation method, which is easy to disassemble and clean.
