Fully automatic solid-phase extraction instrument (SPE-01)
The SPE-01 fully automatic solid-phase extraction instrument is a versatile and cost-effective sample pretreatment device. It can be used for extraction of large volume water samples, as well as for pesticide residue analysis in food and drug detection in blood and urine samples. By automating sample purification, the efficiency and quality of analysis can be improved. It can also significantly reduce the harm of chemicals to laboratory operators.
Without supervision, SPE-01 can automatically process 12 samples and select up to five solvents for pre-treatment and multi-step elution of the purification column. Each sample can collect four components.
SPE-01 offers two configurations:
The SPE-01-I model is a single channel configuration that processes 12 samples one by one, while the SPE-01-II model is a 4-channel configuration with four times the sample processing speed of the I model configuration. Users can choose the appropriate configuration based on sample processing capacity and budget.
Details
Easy to operate
SPE-01 is controlled by a built-in touchscreen computer. By clicking the set button, you can quickly edit methods and set instrument operating parameters. The editing method is simple and can be permanently saved.

Online mixing and gradient elution
Two solvents can be mixed in any ratio between the sample and one solvent or reagent before being added to the extraction column. By using the mixing function, gradient elution, automatic dilution of viscous samples, and automatic addition of internal standards to the samples can be achieved.
Stable negative pressure sampling with stable flow rate and unique dual column series connection
By utilizing the suction force of the injection pump and the unique sample tube interface of SPE-01, stable negative pressure sampling can be achieved. The biggest drawback of manual solid-phase extraction using a vacuum pump and sealed glass cylinder is that the flow rate fluctuates with the degree of blockage of the extraction column, which affects the repeatability of the analysis results.

The negative pressure loading of SPE-01 can maintain a stable loading flow rate by controlling the suction speed of the injection pump. More importantly, this negative pressure sampling can prevent samples with more particles (such as industrial wastewater) or very viscous samples (such as whole blood) from directly entering the injection pump, thus avoiding contamination and damage to the injection pump. After negative pressure loading, the sample can be sent to the second extraction column through positive pressure loading. This dual column series connection mode reduces the resistance of the extraction column
It is half as much as the conventional double column series connection, making it easier to use higher flow rates or achieve three column series connection (one column uses negative pressure sampling, while the other two columns use conventional double column series and positive pressure sampling).
Multiple specifications of extraction columns can be used
SPE-01 adopts a unique multi-purpose connector and open design, which allows the use of multiple specifications of extraction columns without replacing the connector.
