The self controlled temperature tracing cable is composed of conductive polymer, two parallel metal wires, and an insulation layer. Its characteristic is that conductive polymers have a high positive temperature coefficient and are connected in parallel, which can automatically adjust the output power according to the temperature changes of the heated system and automatically limit the heating temperature. It can be shortened arbitrarily or extended within a certain range for use, and allows multiple cross overlaps without concerns of high temperature hotspots or burning.

This product is specifically designed for antifreeze, constant temperature, and local heating of process pipelines or containers that require intermittent high-temperature steam blowing (up to 215 ℃, 30min), with a maximum maintenance temperature of 135 ℃. The heating wire is suitable for ordinary areas, hazardous areas, and corrosive areas.
