●Product Features:

1. Gear feeder is a synchronous feeding equipment designed specifically for high-speed feeding, suitable for punching products that require high-speed processing and high-precision feeding. It adopts an integrated box structure, which is sturdy and durable.
2. The movements of key parts are controlled by mechanical linkage of cam structure, and the clearance feeding method is driven by precision cam (splitter) to ensure repeatability accuracy.
3. No need to adjust the feeding thickness, the feeding distance can only be changed by gear transformation, and the length of the feeding is changed by the transformation of 1-4 gears.
4. When feeding, a manual air valve is used to lift the upper roller through air pressure, making it easy to introduce the material.
5. The relaxation angle can be adjusted with an eccentric wheel, so it can be freely adjusted within the range of 0 ° to 180 °.
6. It can be customized according to the direction of the punch press output shaft.
7. Lubrication method: The splitter (cam) and gears are oil immersed, ensuring the reliability of mechanical lubrication.
8. The upper and lower rollers are dual driven, so there will be no slipping during feeding due to long feeding step distance and fast speed.
