    Product Features:

    1. The standard three in one feeding machine adopts a downward feeding method and is suitable for stamping, unwinding, and leveling feeding of medium and thin plate coils with a thickness of 0.3mm to 3.2mm and a width of 50mm to 1300mm.
    2. The material pressing arm adopts pneumatic material pressing to prevent loose coil material, and cooperates with the feeding pressure plate to flatten the material head, allowing the material to smoothly enter the machine body.
    3. 11 leveling rollers are used, and high-strength rolling bearing steel GCr15 is used. After high-frequency quenching and tempering treatment, the surface is plated with hard chromium, and the hardness can reach HRC60-62 degrees, with a dimensional accuracy of 0.01mm. The steel properties of the leveling rollers and the surface smoothness of the leveling rollers are strictly guaranteed to ensure the surface performance of the material being leveled during the leveling process.
    4. The material on the shelf is controlled by the control photoelectric below. The leveling feeding head can level the material while feeding the pre-set feeding length into the punch mold. Through the electrical signal given by the punch, the material action is instantly relaxed, the downward pressure is strong, and the material is accurately guided.
    5. The operation of each auxiliary device is powered by air or electricity, with simple operation, easy maintenance, and low failure rate after debugging.
    6. The feeding trolley device can be selected to save feeding time, improve work efficiency, save manpower, and achieve one person operation.
