Thin film impact testing machine
1、 Product Name:Thin film impact testing machine
2、 Product Model: HBM-3
3、 Equipment usage:
This machine is suitable for measuring the impact toughness of non-metallic thin film materials such as plastics and rubber, as well as metal foil materials. It can be widely used in the field of pendulum impact testing for materials such as plastics, rubber, and metal foil in industrial and mining enterprises, scientific research institutions, and quality inspection departments.
4、 Basic principle:
This instrument uses a hemispherical punch to impact and pass through a thin film sample at a certain speed, measures the energy consumed by the punch, and evaluates the anti pendulum impact energy of the thin film sample based on this energy.
5、 Main technical indicators:
1. Maximum impact energy 3J
2. Sample clamp diameter: Ø 89, Ø 60, Ø 50
3. Test size: 100mm x 100mm
4. Swing range: R300mm
5. Punch size: Ø 25.4, Ø 12.7 6
6. Swing elevation angle: 90 degrees
6、 Test method:
1. Measure the test thickness according to GB6672, measure a point at the center of all specimens, and take the arithmetic mean of 10 specimens tested.
2. Select a punch according to the required anti pendulum impact energy for the experiment, so that the reading is between 10% and 90% of the full range
3. Calibrate the instrument according to its usage rules.
4. Flatten the sample and clamp it in the gripper. The sample should not have wrinkles or excessive tension around it. The impact surface of 10 samples should be made *.
5. Hang the pendulum on the release device, press the button on the computer to start the test, and make the pendulum impact the sample. Repeat the same steps for 10 tests, and automatically calculate the arithmetic mean of the 10 samples after the test is completed.
7、 The results show that:
The test results are expressed as the arithmetic mean of the impact energy of the pendulum on 10 specimens.
