HC piston flowmeterPerformance characteristics:

1. Both the piston and the piston cylinder are made of high-strength, high hardness, and low-temperature linear expansion coefficient hard alloy tungsten carbide material that has been carefully ground. The working environment has a wide temperature range and stable performance of 20 ± 5 ℃.
2. The center of gravity of the load is low, and the weight is directly added to the piston through the hanging basket. The piston runs smoothly, with minimal pressure fluctuations and accurate readings.
3. For pressure transmission media above 25MPa, diisooctyl sebacate with very low viscosity is used to ensure the sensitivity of the pressure gauge.
4. All weights used in the pressure gauge are made of non-magnetic stainless steel material.
5. The working position of the piston is monitored by a displacement sensor, and the up and down stroke of the piston is ± 1.5mm. The instrument display has the advantages of sensitivity, visibility, and accuracy.
6. Wide range, with a basic error of ± 0.02% or ± 0.05% at a lower limit of 1MPa. One KY100 pressure gauge can withstand the current domestic measurement upper limits of 6, 60, and 100MPa for use with three pressure gauges.
7. Pressure adjustment is lightweight and effortless, even at a pressure of 100MPa.
