HFCP-6000 Combined Crushing and Shrinking PrototypeThe whole machine adopts a two-stage crushing and two-stage reduction structure. The first stage crushing adopts a hammer crushing method, and the second stage crushing adopts a roller crushing method. The crushing effect is good, the discharge particle size is uniform, and the moisture loss is minimal. The crushing and shrinking system adopts a mechanical combination integrated transmission design, which runs smoothly and has low noise. A permanent magnet iron remover is installed above the feeding belt to ensure the safe operation of the equipment. The crushing hammer head, sieve plate, crushing roller and other components are made of alloy materials with good wear resistance. There are multiple openable maintenance doors on the body for easy daily cleaning and maintenance. The whole machine adopts a sealed design with low dust leakage rate, which meets environmental protection requirements. Reserved dust removal interface, which can be connected to the dust removal system according to actual needs.
