Technical Features

1. Fully automated process
The entire measurement process is automatically controlled by a computer, which records the heating curve and determines the ignition temperature of coal, generates a database, and prints the detection results.
2Furnace structure
The ignition point test must start at room temperature. Ordinary ignition point testers have slow cooling of the furnace body and need to persist for a long time before proceeding to the next test. This instrument increases ventilation as needed, so that the furnace temperature can quickly decrease after the experiment is completed, and the next experiment can be carried out in a short period of time.
3The lifespan of the furnace wire can reach 5 years, using full fiber materials for insulation and energy saving
4It has functions such as breaking alarm and hardware overheating protection
