Measurement principle:

A mixed gas containing nitrogen oxides, ammonia gas, nitrogen gas, and water vapor is passed through an activated coke bed, and the nitrogen oxides in the gas are selectively catalytically reduced (SCR) by ammonia gas to produce nitrogen gas emissions. When the SCR reaction reaches a steady state, the ratio of the volume fraction of bulk nitrogen oxides in the converted nitrogen oxides to the volume fraction of nitrogen oxides introduced into the gas is the denitrification rate of the activated coke.

Operating procedure:

1. Load the sample into the measuring tube and perform airtightness testing.

2. Raise the preheating furnace to 300 ℃ and the reactor to 120 ℃.

3. Adjust the flow rate of each gas, mix and introduce it into the reactor, and start timing.

4. Measure the volume fraction of NO (dry) every 120 minutes, and the difference in volume fraction of NO in the rated exhaust gas for four consecutive times should not exceed 5 * 10^-6Stop measuring at that time.

5. Calculate the out of stock rate

Maintenance and precautions:

1. Due to the harmful nature of NO and ammonia gases, the device should be tested under good ventilation conditions.

2. Before measurement, the system must undergo an air tightness check, and can only be measured after the air tightness is qualified.

3. When operating the heating furnace, wear protective gloves and be careful of burns.
