1、 Product Introduction:

Weight electric loading melt index meterIt is a high-precision melt flow rate meter used to measure the MFR/MVR values of various plastics and resins in a viscous flow state through a certain temperature and load. It is suitable for engineering plastics such as polycarbonate, polyarylsulfone, fluoroplastics, nylon, etc. with high melting temperatures, as well as for testing plastics with lower melting temperatures such as polyethylene (PE), polystyrene (PS), polypropylene (PP), ABS resin, polyoxymethylene (POM), polycarbonate (PC) resin, etc. It is widely used in plastic production, plastic products, petrochemicals and other industries, as well as related universities, research units and inspection departments.

  • High precision touch screen controller, 7-inch touch screen, can store and print near test conditions and data. The test printing menu settings include test time (system default), material name, test conditions (temperature, weight of weights, cutting time interval), and test result data.
  • Reserved RS232 interface or USB interface for connecting to a computer, which can be used to control instrument operation and transfer and save test data to the computer,
