HW-120 Salt Spray Tester Product Description

This salt spray corrosion test chamber can be used to assess the salt spray corrosion resistance of materials and their protective layers, as well as to compare the process quality of similar protective layers. It can also be used to assess the salt spray corrosion resistance of certain products. The equipment can reach any temperature point between room temperature and 55 ℃ in the experimental workspace and maintain a constant temperature.

The material used to manufacture this equipment is corrosion-resistant and temperature resistant PVC plastic sheet, which does not affect the test results. In the design work of this equipment, the internal and external pressures are balanced, and salt spray will not directly spray onto the sample. Moreover, the design takes into account the generation of condensation water at the top, inner walls, and other parts of the equipment. Therefore, during the testing process, condensation water will not drip onto the sample and affect the test results.

This equipment is equipped with the test solution preparation method specified in the national standard.

The inner box of the testing machine is made of light gray PVC board with a thickness of 8mm and a durable temperature of 65 ℃.

The sealing of the second laboratory cover is made of light gray PVC board with a thickness of 5mm, which does not distort or deform during warm use. It is equipped with a cover opening rod, which can be opened at any angle to save installation space. The base is equipped with stainless steel pulleys for easy movement.

The air pressure is adjusted in two stages. The first stage is a slight adjustment of 2Kg/cm2, and the inlet air filter is equipped with a drainage function. The second stage is a precise adjustment of 1Kg/cm2, and the 1/4 pressure gauge displays accurate and precise readings.
