The HZD-W/L wall mounted dual channel vibration monitoring and protection instrument is mainly used for long-term monitoring of the vibration intensity of rotating machinery with a speed of 600-6000 revolutions per minute. It is matched with the ST series magneto electric vibration speed sensor and can monitor the vertical and horizontal vibration of rotating machinery. The vibration intensity value is displayed by the meter head on the front panel of the instrument, and it also has standard current output. It can be connected to various DCS and PLC systems. When the vibration value exceeds the limit, the instrument can be externally connected with an audible and visual alarm to prompt on-site operators to take preventive measures, and has alarm and dangerous switch output to protect the safe and reliable operation of the machine.

Installation method

HZD-W/L Dual Channel Vibration Monitoring and Protection InstrumentInstalled in the control room, insert the monitoring device from the front of the control room during installation, then install the left and right mounting brackets (provided by the manufacturer) from the back, and tighten the screws. Connect the input and output wires to the back terminal board of the monitoring device as required.

The wall mounted monitoring instrument can be installed on the wall on site or on a centralized wall. Simply drill holes on the wall according to the installation holes behind the monitor to fix it.
