●The mixing system of the 90 mixing plant consists of an electric motor, belt conveyor, reducer, mixing tank, mixing device, transmission system, oil supply system, etc.
●The mixing host adopts JS1500 double horizontal shaft forced mixer, which is suitable for various types of concrete with aggregate particle size less than or equal to 100mm.

●The 90 mixing plant adopts the weighing system of the PL2400 concrete batching machine, which consists of a storage hopper, weighing hopper, and transportation mechanism.
●The weighing systems for powder, water, and additives are composed of weighing buckets, sensors, etc., and the weighing control is completed by the control system.

●Aggregate supply system. This section consists of the feeding mechanism and weighing system of the PL2400 concrete batching machine, which can be used to mix four types of aggregates.

The inclined belt conveyor is mainly composed of conveyor belt, transmission device, roller support, cleaning device, frame, and escalator.
The measured aggregate is sent out by a horizontal belt conveyor and then fed into the intermediate storage hopper by a diagonal belt conveyor.
There are maintenance channels on both sides of the inclined belt conveyor, and a chute is installed below to prevent material dropping.

●Powder supply system. This section consists of a cement silo and a cement screw conveyor.
●Cement is directly transported from the cement silo to the cement weighing hopper for measurement via a screw conveyor.

●The electrical control system of the 90 mixing plant mainly consists of a control console and AC contactors as the core of strong current control
