1) The radiator heat distribution meter method is particularly suitable for the heat metering renovation of existing building radiator heating systems. It has strong flexibility and basically no requirements for system form. Single tube, double tube, and mixed systems are all suitable, and the system adaptability is very strong. It also does not require household ring heating

2) For a vertical single tube system, a heat distribution meter can be installed on each radiator for measurement, and a thermostatic valve can be installed in front of the radiator for temperature regulation; For the household ring system, a thermostatic valve can be installed at a characteristic location indoors for household adjustment, and a distribution meter can be installed on each radiator for measurement. Implementation of temperature control in separate rooms (households)

1) The temperature control of each room (household) is achieved through a constant temperature control valve installed in front of the radiator inlet. Residents can set the temperature of the thermostatic valve as needed, and the thermostatic valve will automatically adjust the flow rate of the radiator according to the set temperature, thereby keeping the indoor temperature constant around the set temperature

2) The thermostatic valve consists of a thermostatic controller and a flow regulating valve. The core component of the thermostatic controller is the temperature bulb, which changes in volume with the change of air temperature. The volume change of the temperature bulb will change the opening of the regulating valve, thereby regulating the water flow rate of the radiator and changing the heat dissipation capacity of the radiator

3) The use of thermostatic valves can significantly improve hydraulic imbalance, avoid problems such as unbalanced water flow in the riser and uneven room temperature in the upper and lower layers of a single pipe system

4) Thermostatic valves can effectively utilize the free heat generated by factors such as sunlight exposure, human activities, cooking, and the use of household appliances. When the indoor temperature rises due to the influence of free heat, the constant temperature valve automatically adjusts to reduce the heat dissipation of the radiator.
