The equipment must operate completely underwater, and the small submergence depth of the submersible agitator (i.e. the distance between the outer edge of the agitator impeller and the water surface) must not be less thanOtherwise, water flow vortices and cavitation may occur at a depth of 1.1m: the maximum diving depth should not exceed 20 meters. If the device operates below the "low penetration depth", a liquid level sensing switch should be installed.

The mixed mixing series products use multi pole motors and adopt a direct connection structure, which has low energy consumption and high efficiency; The impeller is formed by precision casting or stamping, with high precision, large thrust, beautiful and smooth appearance, and compact structure.

The low-speed thrust series products adopt cycloidal pinwheel reducers, equipped with low power, low speed, large impeller diameter, and wide service area. The impeller is made of polyurethane material and aluminum alloy, with high strength and strong corrosion resistance. In addition to its stirring function, it also has the functions of pushing and creating water flow.

The motor winding has F-class insulation and a protection level of IP68. When used in conjunction with the aeration system in sewage treatment plants, it can greatly reduce energy consumption and significantly increase oxygen filling, effectively preventing sedimentation. According to the process requirements, the direct coupled submersible mixer can be equipped with a guide cover.

Scope of application:

The mixer should be able to operate continuously and normally under the following conditions:

1. The temperature of the medium shall not exceed 40 ° C;

2. The pH value of the medium is between 5 and 9;

3. Liquid density not exceeding 1150kg/m3;

4. Long term diving operation, with a diving depth generally not exceeding 20m.

The required matching power for the mixer is determined based on the volume, pool size, density, and viscosity of the mixed liquid. Depending on the specific situation, one or more mixers may be used.

Key precautions:
