To ensure a high uniformity index, the test chamber is equipped with an internal circulating air supply system and air ducts. Inside the air duct interlayer at one end of the studio, there are devices such as heaters and fans distributed. Multiple fans are used to circulate the air inside the box. When the fans are running, the air in the working chamber is sucked into the air duct from the bottom, heated and evenly blown out. The air exchanged with the test sample in the working chamber is then sucked into the air duct and repeatedly circulated to meet the temperature setting requirements.
Product Usage
The aging test chamber is used to test wires, cables, insulators, or rubber coated specimens to compare their tensile strength and elongation before and after aging. The ventilated aging test chamber uses hot air circulation to promote the aging of the test piece. The inner chamber has strong airtightness and is equipped with a device for extracting air from the inner chamber.
