1. Product introduction: Main functions and advantages of the equipment:

1.1 Product Overview

High speed strain testing is used to simulate car collisions, airplane crashes, ammunition explosions, and other high impact transient events, in order to obtain the transient response characteristics of materials and their products. This series of testing systems includes a high stiffness load frame and a servo hydraulic system with extremely fast response, which can apply loads of 5~500kN (1~110 kip) and achieve loading test speeds of 1~21 m/s (39~830 in./s).

1.2 Product Advantages and Technical Features

1.2.1 Accurate/reproducible

Piezoelectric load sensors achieve high-precision and repeatable measurement of transient loads.

1.2.2. Durable/Reliable

Equipped with a large hydraulic actuator cylinder end cap oil cushion to prevent the actuator cylinder from being impacted by high-speed loading.

1.2.3 Rapid Collection

Eight channel synchronous data acquisition, with a sampling rate of up to 1250K/s.

1.2.4 Widely Used

Customize and develop universal fixtures to adapt to different types of materials and samples.
