The high-temperature and high viscosity insulation jacket asphalt special flowmeter is composed of a measuring box and a pair of elliptical gears installed inside the measuring box, forming a sealed crescent shaped cavity with upper and lower cover plates (not ***** sealed due to the rotation of the gears) as the unit for calculating the primary displacement.
