The G series draws on the strengths of others and uses unique process formulas to produce wear-resistant alloys in an unbalanced state. Compared with ordinary stainless steel metal and metal ceramic protective tubes, the service life of this product is increased by 1-5 times compared to similar wear-resistant alloy protective tubes on the market Due to the difference in ambient temperature, high temperature control point, significant vibration, high blower speed, and severe wear, temperature measurement is very difficult and the service life is very short. Generally, wear-resistant alloys only wear out and break in 10-90 days, causing damage to thermocouples and causing significant losses and unnecessary trouble to users. Our WRNM series compensates for this disadvantage and further improves the service life of thermocouples. Its performance is superior to current wear-resistant thermocouples and has won high praise from users. With multiple high-tech products at the international leading level, its special wear-resistant material technology completely solves the service life of temperature measurement thermocouples in circulating fluidized bed boilers without affecting temperature hysteresis. The protective sleeve has many technologies such as wear resistance, high temperature oxidation resistance, sulfur resistance, liquid iron powder, limestone and other cement materials corrosion resistance, erosion resistance, and vibration resistance, making the service life of temperature measurement thermocouples generally one to two years. Wear resistant thermocouples have the advantages of vibration resistance, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, high sensitivity, good stability, high accuracy, and long service life. They are currently used as temperature measurement protection tubes in high-temperature and wear-resistant fields such as power plants, cement plants, and chemical smelters

2、 Main features of WRNM series wear-resistant thermocouple

1. Wear resistant material process: Wear resistant materials are melted and vaporized on the metal surface of an alloy substrate by generating local ultra-high temperatures through high-voltage electrical pulses, simultaneously melting the substrate metal (such as 601 stainless steel) and tungsten carbon compounds; Then quickly fuse the two, cool them down, and the entire process is completed in an instant. Ensure that the generated new alloy layer has extremely strong hardness (C76), and the alloy layer thickness can reach 0.12 "(3mm) through process treatment. Unlike metal coatings, which allow a metal to adhere to the substrate, a new alloy is regenerated on the surface of the substrate metal. The metal layer and the internal substrate are essentially a whole, thus greatly improving the wear resistance.

The surface hardness of the treated tungsten carbon alloy reaches Rockwell HRC76 (approximately Vickers 1750, ceramic grade), which is 10 times the hardness of ordinary stainless steel.

3. The surface alloy layer forms a whole with the base stainless steel, so the coefficient of thermal expansion and brittleness are completely the same, and it will not crack at high temperatures.

4. Good high temperature resistance, the wear-resistant alloy layer can withstand temperatures up to 1800 ℃ and can be used normally at 1200 ℃ for a long time.

Due to its tungsten carbon compound, its oxidation resistance is twice that of 316 stainless steel.

6. Long service life, with a shelf life of 12 months when used at the bed temperature of coal-fired CFB boilers.
