The product adopts a waterproof junction box, suitable for the environmental requirements of petrochemical industry; The standard for fixing threads complies with the provisions of JB/T5219-91 and JB/5583-91 for thermocouples and thermal resistors; In addition to complying with the above standards, three different welding methods and different forms of sealing surfaces are added to the fixed flange mounting plate for selection and meeting the needs of different users.

B-type fixed flange is a flat welded steel flange (JB81-94) equivalent to the standards of the Ministry of Chemical Industry (HG5010-58, HG5019-58), with a smooth sealing surface and a nominal pressure Pg=25kgf/cm2, suitable for general requirements.

The C-type fixed flange is also a flat welded steel flange (JB81-94), which is equivalent to the standards of the Ministry of Chemical Industry (HG5010-58, HG5019-58). It adopts a concave convex sealing surface and a nominal pressure Pg=25kgf/cm2. It is suitable for toxic and harmful media and has strong anti leakage performance.

D-type fixed flange is a welded steel flange (JB82-94) equivalent to the standard of the Ministry of Chemical Industry (HG5016-58), which adopts a concave convex sealing surface and a nominal pressure Pg=100kgf/cm2. It has good sealing performance and is suitable for occasions with certain requirements for sealing and pressure resistance.
