HTS-110 can manufacture coils based on customer provided drawings. We usually use bismuth strontium calcium copper oxide and yttrium barium copper oxide.
All high-temperature superconducting wires are analyzed by the high-resolution defect detection system of HTS-110 to ensure wire performance and optimize wire utilization in the coil.
The coil can be wound into a double disc or single disc pancake shape, circular or track shape. HTS-110 also has the capability to manufacture a reverse (sagittal) curved coil. High temperature superconducting wires can be wrapped around insulation layers and metal strips to improve their mechanical properties.
The coil is encapsulated in various resin systems suitable for low-temperature operation, including HTS-110 resin formulations or those specified by customers. From 20k to 77k, the coil can complete the voltage valve connection and then conduct measurement tests.
We can provide finished coils with or without current input terminals. We can also integrate the interconnection between the cooling plate and the coil to form a complete coil assembly.
We refer to this coil production process as CryoForgeTM, ensuring high-quality and high-performance superconducting coils.
HTS-110 offers a standard coil combination series to save costs and improve delivery efficiency for customers pursuing product development or technology demonstration projects.
