Under the refreshing industrial design, the ICP-5000 includes an optimized design of a mid step grating two-dimensional spectroscopic system, a self-excited all solid state RF power supply, a customized million pixel anti overflow CCD and fully automatic spectrum acquisition system, argon gas control logic, and a complex light chamber temperature control system, making the ICP-5000 have excellent genetic characteristics such as high resolution, large dynamic range, high stability, and low detection limit.
