1、 Vertical single-stage hot water pipeline centrifugal pump main purpose

1. ISG type vertical pipeline centrifugal pump is used for conveying clean water and other liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to clean water. It is suitable for industrial and urban water supply and drainage, high-rise building pressurized water supply, garden sprinkler irrigation, fire protection pressurization, long-distance transportation, HVAC refrigeration cycle, bathroom and other cold and warm water circulation pressurization and equipment matching. The operating temperature is T ＜ 80.
2. The IRG type vertical hot water pump is suitable for high-temperature hot water pressurized circulation and transportation in metallurgy, chemical industry, textile, wood processing, papermaking, as well as boilers, bathrooms, hotels, and other industries, and for urban housing heating circulation pumps. Its operating temperature is below 120 degrees Celsius.
3. GRG type vertical high-temperature centrifugal pump is widely used in energy, metallurgy, chemical, textile, papermaking, as well as boiler high-temperature hot water pressurized circulation transportation in hotels, bathrooms, and guesthouses, as well as urban housing heating circulation pumps, with operating temperatures below 240 degrees Celsius.
4. IHG type vertical single-stage stainless steel pipeline centrifugal pump is used for conveying liquids that do not contain solid particles, are corrosive, and have a viscosity similar to water. It is suitable for industries such as petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, power, papermaking, food and pharmaceutical, and synthetic fiber, with a temperature range of -20 ℃ to 120 ℃.

2、 Characteristics of vertical single-stage hot water pipeline centrifugal pump
1. The hot water pump is a vertical structure with the same inlet and outlet diameters and located on the same centerline. It can be installed in pipelines like a valve, with a compact and beautiful appearance, small footprint, and low building investment. If a protective cover is added, it can be used outdoors.
2. The impeller is directly installed on the long axis of the motor, with a short axial dimension and compact structure. The pump and motor bearings are reasonably configured, which can effectively balance the radial and axial loads generated by the pump operation, ensuring smooth operation, low vibration, and low noise of the pump.
3. The shaft seal adopts mechanical seal or a combination of mechanical seals, using imported titanium alloy sealing rings, medium-sized high-temperature resistant mechanical seals, and hard alloy materials for wear-resistant seals, which can effectively extend the service life of mechanical seals.
4. The installation and maintenance of the hot water pipeline pump are convenient, and there is no need to disassemble the pipeline system. Simply remove the pump coupling nut to extract all rotor components.
5. The series or parallel operation of pumps can be adopted according to the requirements of flow rate and head.
6. Vertical and horizontal installation of pumps can be adopted according to the requirements of pipeline layout.

IIIVertical single-stage hot water pipeline centrifugal pumpworking conditions
1. The suction pressure is ≤ 1.0MPa, or the maximum working pressure of the pump system is ≤ 1.6MPa, that is, the suction inlet pressure+pump head is ≤ 1.6MPa, and the pump static pressure test pressure is ≤ 2.5MPa. Please specify the system working pressure when ordering. When the working pressure of the pump system is greater than 1.6MPa, it should be separately stated when ordering, so that the overcurrent and connection parts of the pump can be made of cast steel materials during manufacturing.
2. The ambient temperature is less than 40 ℃ and the relative humidity is less than 40%.
4. The volume content of solid particles in the conveyed medium shall not exceed 0.1% of the unit volume, and the particle size shall be less than 0.2mm.
Note: If the medium used is with small particles, please specify when ordering so that our factory can use wear-resistant mechanical seals.
