The IR View focused dual color (Si/Si) infrared thermometer calculates the surface temperature of a target object by measuring the intensity of infrared radiation emitted by the object, and converts the measurement results into standard current signals (4-20mA) and RS-485 bus signals for output.
IR View has a built-in dual color (Si/Si) detection sensor, which has higher measurement accuracy compared to monochrome sensors when emissivity changes. The dual color detection sensor uses two sets of detectors with different spectral ranges for comparison. This sensor can be effectively used in heavily polluted working environments, such as partially obscured target objects, smoke, dust, large suspended particles, and thermometer lenses contaminated with debris. The dual color detection sensor can still accurately measure the temperature of objects.
The temperature measurement range of IR View is 800~2400 ℃, and the combination of optical lens improves the accuracy of measurement. The optical resolution (distance coefficient) is 200:1, which can ensure the accuracy of temperature measurement of distant objects. The emissivity is adjustable from 0.75~1.25 in dual color mode, and the built-in laser sight can accurately aim at the object to be measured.
The biggest feature of IR View is that the rear panel contains a focusing lens, which can be directly aimed at the target area through human eye observation, and can accurately measure local areas that are difficult to aim at with laser in complex environments.

Appendix: Introduction to Dual Color Infrared Thermometer
The dual color infrared thermometer is a type of infrared thermometer that measures the infrared radiation brightness emitted by an object in two different spectral ranges and infers the temperature of the object based on the ratio of these two radiation brightness. It is called a dual color infrared thermometer or "dual infrared spectral thermometer". Compared with monochrome infrared thermometers, dual color infrared thermometers have unparalleled advantages. The working principle of a dual color infrared thermometer is as follows: under two selected infrared wavelengths and a certain bandwidth, the ratio of their radiated energy changes with temperature. By using two sets of narrow bandwidth monochromatic filters, the radiation energy in two similar frequency bands is collected, converted into electrical signals, and then compared. Finally, the temperature of the measured target is determined based on this ratio. Therefore, it can basically eliminate the inconvenience of adjusting the emissivity of the target material. The use of a two-color thermometer has high temperature sensitivity, small deviation from the true temperature of the target, and is also less affected by the test distance and the absorbed substances between them.
