Product Introduction

At present, the emission standards for waste incineration flue gas in China are more stringent, and new requirements have been put forward for the skills of waste incineration flue gas treatment. Therefore, the flue gas treatment process is the key to solving the problem. Taking the Nanjing waste combustion project as an example, this article specifically introduces the skills of deacidification and denitrification of waste combustion flue gas. The process of "first level water washing tower+second level water washing tower+dust collector+low-temperature plasma+activated carbon adsorption tower" is selected, and the process is described in detail. After the final emission parameters of the flue gas purification system, it can be seen that this flue gas treatment process has high cost-effectiveness.

1、 Characteristics of waste combustion furnace exhaust gas

The acidic and dusty exhaust gas emitted during the combustion process of waste incineration furnaces is mainly composed of smoke and dust HCL、 Nitrogen oxides, VOCs, etc. Waste gas composition: It is a strongly acidic waste gas, and the primary medium is smoke, hydrogen chloride, nitrogen oxides, etc VOCs、 Odor, etc., the temperature of the gas entering the tower is ≤ 300 ℃, and the exhaust gas emissions are continuous.

Characteristics of exhaust gas: The smoke and dust in the exhaust gas mainly consist of particulate matter and light impurities produced during combustion. Some of the smoke and dust produced at high temperatures have adhesiveness, while some dry particulate matter and impurities do not have adhesiveness; Acidic medium (hydrogen chloride), with relatively active chemical properties and strong corrosiveness, will have stronger corrosiveness in high temperature environments; VOCs are volatile and accompanied by irritating odors.

2、 Cost effective processing technology:

Adhesive particles in smoke and dust should not be directly filtered. After the filter element is adhered, it is difficult to clean, and the exhaust gas temperature is high. Generally, a first level cooling water spray is used to settle the adhesive impurities, and then the filter is treated by bag dust removal and filtration; Hydrogen chloride is classified as a strong acid. Adding alkaline neutralizing solution to the primary cooling water spray can remove 70% of hydrogen chloride. Further neutralization and purification by the secondary cooling water spray are required to achieve high treatment efficiency. VOCs have partial water solubility and most of them cannot be purified by water spray. Therefore, activated carbon adsorption method is selected for adsorption and purification, and the adsorption effect can meet the emission requirements.

Process selection: First level water washing tower+Second level water washing tower+Dust collector+Low temperature plasma+Activated carbon adsorption

The primary manufacturing data requirements for exhaust gas treatment equipment and system pipelines are:

① The top tier water washing tower requires corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance. 316L stainless steel is selected as the material, and the inner wall of the tower is coated with anti-corrosion paint.

② The second stage water washing tower needs to be corrosion-resistant, and PP raw materials are selected for the data.

③ The dust collector needs to be corrosion-resistant, and 304 stainless steel is selected as the material.

④ 304 stainless steel is selected for low-temperature plasma data.

⑤ The activated carbon adsorption tower is made of 304 stainless steel.

⑥ The exhaust fan material is made of 304 stainless steel.

⑦ The indoor main pipeline material is made of 316L stainless steel.

⑧ 304 stainless steel is selected as the material for connecting pipes between equipment.

⑨ PP raw material is selected for exhaust pipe data.

⑩ The data for the electrical control cabinet is made of 304 stainless steel

Equipment configuration requirements:

a) Spray tower: a device for filtering and removing slag, equipped with an exhaust valve, convenient for drainage, and automatic water replenishment; External spray tower water tank, three-stage filtration water tank.

b) Dust collector: Plan the water removal screen and fireproof filter screen;

c) Plasma equipment: equipped with pressure relief system, over temperature alarm system, and self-control system;

d) Activated carbon adsorption tower: Activated carbon, iodine value ≥ 700 (mg/g), equipped with temperature monitoring instruments, built-in spray cooling device, tower body with explosion venting port and explosion venting plate;

e) Electric control system: frequency conversion control, using branded equipment for electrical devices;

f) Fan: Brand fan, equipped with shock absorption and sound insulation measures. The noise around the factory boundary near the equipment should be less than the national standard (less than 60 decibels during the day and less than 50 decibels at night);

g) Top level sprinkler tower fire damper;

i) Exhaust pipe: open a detection port, configure pipe supports, detection channels, ladders, protective barriers, rain caps, etc., and the exhaust port should be 15 meters above the ground;
