1. Physical properties: PP washing tower is very stable to water, with a water absorption rate of only 0.01% in 14 hours. The molecular weight ranges from 8 to 150000, and it has good formability.
2. Mechanical properties: The internal structure of PP washing tower is relatively regular, with high overall crystallinity. Its strength, hardness, and elasticity are much higher than high-density PE (HDPE), and it has good mechanical properties.
3. Thermal performance: PP cleaning tower has good heat resistance, with a melting point of 164-170 degrees Celsius or above. The product can be cleaned at 100 degrees Celsius. If there is no external force, it will not deform at 150 degrees Celsius. Brittle occurs below -35 degrees Celsius and between -35 degrees Celsius, and its heat resistance is not as good as PE itself.
4. Chemical stability: PP washing tower has good chemical stability, except for concentrated sulfuric acid and nitric acid, it has a stabilizing effect on other chemical reagents, but low molecular weight hydrocarbons, aromatic hydrocarbons, etc. can make PP soft and moist. The chemical stability also increases with the increase of crystallinity. Therefore, PP is suitable for manufacturing Russian Chinese chemical pipelines and accessories, and has good anti-corrosion effect.
Electrical performance: It almost does not absorb water, so the high-frequency insulation performance of the PP washing tower is superior. Therefore, the insulation performance is not affected by humidity, with a high dielectric constant. While the temperature rises, it can be used to manufacture insulation products for heating appliances, and the insulation breakdown voltage is also very high, suitable for electrical accessories, etc.
6. Durability: The PP scrubber is added with zinc oxide thiopropionate February cinnamon ester, which is very sensitive to ultraviolet rays. The milky white foundation make-up similar to carbon black can improve the chemical properties.
This process and product have the characteristics of simple structure, low energy consumption, high purification efficiency, and wide applicability. The acid mist exhaust gas is introduced into the purification tower through the air duct, passes through the packing layer, and is fully absorbed and neutralized by the two-phase contact between the exhaust gas and the sodium hydroxide solution. After purification, the acid mist exhaust gas is dehydrated and defogged by the defogging plate, and then discharged into the atmosphere by the fan. The absorption liquid is pressurized by a water pump at the bottom of the tower and sprayed down from the top of the tower, then refluxed to the bottom for recycling.
