Industry background
The types of energy consumption systems in hospitals are relatively more comprehensive compared to other public institutions, covering air conditioning cooling and heating, domestic hot water, lighting, medical steam, power, canteen cooking, medical equipment, office equipment, etc. The sub item energy consumption statistics of more than 30 hospitals in Shanghai are shown in the figure:
The energy-saving space of hospital air conditioning system is huge
customer pain points
Waste of power consumption during operation:The mobility of hospital personnel is high, and the air conditioning is running at full capacity. Room users often fail to turn off the air conditioning and run it excessively, resulting in wasted power consumption of the air conditioning
High management costs:The number of air conditioning equipment is large, scattered, and lacks centralized control. The switch of air conditioning needs to be manually managed, which increases additional management costs
Difficulty in maintenance and upkeep:Regular troubleshooting and maintenance of air conditioning equipment are time-consuming and labor-intensive, and some air conditioning failures cannot be detected in advance, which affects normal medical work
Solution Introduction
Types of air conditioning
Water turbine central air conditioning: It has a main unit, water pump, cooling tower, and end fan coil unit, usually water-cooled.
VRV central air conditioning: multi split, one to many, one external unit with multiple internal units, refrigerant is Freon.
Split type air conditioner: one external unit with one internal unit, refrigerant is Freon, including wall mounted air conditioner, cabinet air conditioner, etc
Working principle of water machine
The central air conditioning system mainly consists of a refrigeration unit, a cooling water circulation system, a chilled water circulation system, a fan coil system, and a cooling tower.
The refrigeration unit compresses the refrigerant into a liquid state through a compressor and sends it to the evaporator for heat exchange with chilled water, cooling the chilled water. The chilled water is then sent to the cooling coils at each fan outlet by the refrigeration pump, and is blown by the fan to achieve the purpose of cooling. After evaporation, the refrigerant releases heat into gas in the condenser. The cooling pump sends the cooling water to the cooling tower for spray cooling by the tower fan, and exchanges heat with the atmosphere to dissipate the heat into the atmosphere.
Water machine: chiller unit+gas boiler+fan coil unit
Water machine: dual supply and triple supply
Water machine: air conditioning control
VRV multi split: outdoor unit+indoor unitmachine
The outdoor unit is connected to the indoor unit through a wired connection, and the control mode of the indoor unit includes both infrared control and wired control (CAN/MODBUS/RS485/IC)
Split type air conditioner: on hook+cabinet unit
system architecture
Platform Introduction-Centralized control and management of air conditioning
Real time monitoring of air conditioning operation status:Total number of devices, number of startups, corresponding modes and temperature settings, etc.
Remote control and management of air conditioning:One click power on/off, temperature adjustment, setting wind speed and mode, etc.
Platform Introduction-Energy consumption measurement and statistics
You can view the overall energy consumption data of the air conditioner:Total electricity consumption, average electricity consumption, operating hours, etc,It can be viewed by different time periods such as year, month, day, and can also be viewed by unit or even individual room for corresponding electricity consumption, average electricity consumption, operating hours, etc
You can view the overall energy savings of the air conditioner by time period:Total energy savings, average energy savings, etc
Platform Introduction-User Management Mode Settings
According to the needs of unit users, functions such as timed power on/off, temperature limit, and mode limit can be set.
Instructions can be executed on a monthly, daily, and hourly basis, tailored to the user's actual usage scenario.
