However, the MRPII/ERP system at the company level cannot timely and accurately grasp the events that are happening, let alone adapt to the rapid changes in the market; However, it is difficult for the on-site control layer to upload effective data in real time. The manufacturing execution system collects data in a timely and accurate manner through good communication capabilities with the on-site control layer; And it has a good data interface directly with ERP/MRP.



It serves as a bridge between the two, compensating for the lack of smooth information exchange between them, thereby enhancing the company's ability to quickly adapt to the market. Lean production is the main guiding ideology of the automotive parts industry, which serves as the theoretical foundation for production management and process control.
