智能制造是基于新一代信息技术,贯穿设计、生产、管理、服务等制造活动各个环节,具有信息深度自感知、智慧优化自决策、精准控制自执行等功能的先进制造过程、系统与模式的总称。具有以智能工厂为载体,以关键制造环节智能化为核心,以端到端数据流为基础、以网络互联为支撑等特征,可有效缩短产品研制周期、降低运营成本、提高生产效率、提升产品质量、降低资源能源消耗。  当前服装行业背负着劳动力减少、产业转移、信息孤岛三座大山,作为劳动密集型及企业,适龄劳动力在逐渐减少,随着产业转移,工人要实现家门口就业,这些现实的问题需要网络协同制造来解决。业务协同、信息协同、设计协同、供应协同是实现跨区域网络协同制造的四个基石,智能装备、大数据相关技术、政产学研结合等的支持必不可少。  而且服装产业链长,各生产环节智能制造发展进展不一,缝纫过程实现了吊挂化,还没有实现自动化,要实现无人化还需要较长的时间。要推进服装智能制造,一方面是建立和完善智能制造示范生产线,另一方面是加快在业内的推广,相关供应链也要不断完善。华遨有幸参与到此次会议中,把智能制造系统解决方案展示在更多服装企业面前,推动服装智能制造示范生产线更快建立和推广,促进服装智能制造系统提升。


The current clothing industry is burdened with three major challenges: reduced labor force, industrial transfer, and information silos. As a labor-intensive and enterprise, the number of eligible labor force is gradually decreasing. With the industrial transfer, workers need to achieve employment at their doorstep, and these practical problems need to be solved through network collaborative manufacturing. Business collaboration, information collaboration, design collaboration, and supply collaboration are the four cornerstones for achieving cross regional network collaborative manufacturing. The support of intelligent equipment, big data related technologies, and the combination of government, industry, academia, and research is essential.


Moreover, the clothing industry chain is long, and the development of intelligent manufacturing in each production link varies. The sewing process has been suspended, but automation has not yet been achieved. It will take a long time to achieve unmanned operation. To promote intelligent manufacturing of clothing, on the one hand, it is necessary to establish and improve intelligent manufacturing demonstration production lines, and on the other hand, to accelerate their promotion in the industry, and the related supply chain should also be continuously improved. Huaao was fortunate to participate in this conference, showcasing its intelligent manufacturing system solutions to more clothing enterprises, promoting the faster establishment and promotion of intelligent manufacturing demonstration production lines, and enhancing the intelligent manufacturing system for clothing.
