The 200 MW high-efficiency photovoltaic module intelligent manufacturing demonstration line has been officially put into operation in China. The production line has a total investment of 130 million yuan and is currently the most automated, per capita production efficient, and energy-efficient smart transparent factory in China. It can achieve an annual production capacity of over 200 megawatts per line and an annual output value of over 600 million yuan.

Under the background of "Made in China 2025", we have independently developed and integrated a complete set of domestically produced automatic photovoltaic production equipment. This production line adopts independently developed and integrated automation equipment, which can achieve efficient mass production of photovoltaic modules, reduce manufacturing costs by 0.06 yuan/watt, and increase labor efficiency by more than 50%.
This efficient photovoltaic module intelligent manufacturing demonstration line in the province, starting from material preparation, goes through more than 30 processes such as automatic welding, automatic lamination, and automatic packaging. The entire process can be fully controlled and managed by information, achieving efficient dialogue between people and machines, and between machines. The production line also has a powerful manufacturing execution system and a visual production management system, which continuously strengthens information management services through the use of the Internet of Things, monitoring visualization, data integration, etc., building an efficient, energy-saving, green, environmentally friendly, and comfortable humanized factory, and creating a benchmark for intelligent manufacturing in the photovoltaic industry.
