This system can independently perform inventory operations and be combined with other systems' documents and vouchers to provide more complete and comprehensive enterprise business processes and financial management information.


Location Management

Using a data collector to read the product barcode and query the specific location of the product in the cargo space (such as X product in cargo area A, waterway B, and cargo space C), to achieve comprehensive management of the product. Real time monitoring of storage status, space size, and product capacity of cargo locations through terminals or data collectors, managing warehouse areas, capacity, volume, and equipment limitations.


Product quality inspection

After the finished product packaging is completed and the barcode is pasted, it is transported to the temporary storage area of the warehouse for inspection by the quality inspection department. The quality inspection department scans the packaging barcode of the products that fail the inspection and makes corresponding records on the collector. After the inspection is completed, the collector is connected to the computer and the data is uploaded to the system; Generate quality inspection forms for qualified products, and have warehouse personnel perform production and warehousing operations,





Product warehousing

Download the storage task from the system to the collector, scan the barcode on one of the product packaging during storage, enter the corresponding quantity on the collector, scan the location barcode (if a location is specified in the storage task, the collector will automatically check the location), upload the data to the system after collection, and the system will automatically process the data. The database records all necessary information such as the variety, quantity, storage personnel, quality inspection personnel, location, product production date, team, etc. for this storage, and the system accumulates the products in the corresponding location.


Material delivery

The ingredient list generated based on different storage locations contains very detailed ingredient information, including ingredient time, ingredient workstation, ingredient details, ingredient quantity, etc. Relevant storage personnel can automatically generate warnings based on these barcode information during picking, and can provide warning prompts for incorrect ingredient details and quantity information, greatly improving the work efficiency of warehouse management personnel.


Product outbound

When the product is released from the warehouse, the warehouse keeper will retrieve the corresponding product data from the system and download it to the collector according to the first in, first out principle based on the delivery note from the sales department. They will then create a release task and go to the designated location. The warehouse keeper will first scan the location barcode (if the location is incorrect, the collector will sound an alarm), and then scan the barcode of one of the products. If the release task conditions are met, the warehouse keeper will enter the quantity to proceed with the release, and verify or record the transportation unit and vehicle information (for future product tracking and traceability). Otherwise, the collector will sound an alarm prompt.


Warehouse return

Based on the actual return situation, scan the barcode of the returned item, import it into the system to generate a return order, confirm it, and generate return details and accounting.
