●The mixing drum is the main body of the JS1000 mixer, supporting all components and used for material storage. The mixing drum is made of high-quality steel plates in an Ω shape, with low volume utilization and spacious space, making mixing easier. It is especially suitable for mixing high-performance concrete and has greater overload capacity.

●The JS1000 mixer is driven by a hydraulic system, which has the characteristics of compact structure, smooth operation, accurate door opening positioning, and manual door opening compared to the pneumatic transmission form. The high-pressure oil generated by the oil pump system is controlled by the control system and applied to the hydraulic cylinder to drive the opening and closing of the material door, so as to achieve arbitrary adjustment of the discharge door opening position and different discharge speeds.

●The lining plate of JS1000 mixer includes arc lining plate and end lining plate. The arc lining plate is made of high chromium wear-resistant alloy, and its performance meets the requirements of JG/T5045.2-93 (HRC ≥ 54, impact value ≥ 7.0N.M/mm2). The end lining plate is made of high-quality high manganese wear-resistant steel plate.

●For a horizontal axis concrete mixer, the main shaft is immersed in sand, gravel, and cement materials with strong friction during operation. Without effective shaft end sealing, the main shaft will quickly wear out, be damaged, and in severe cases, leak grout, affecting grading.
●The JS1000 mixer adopts multiple shaft end seals, which can effectively prevent mortar from leaking outward. At the same time, the automatic lubrication system delivers lubricating grease, and the grease pressure ensures the long-term reliability of the shaft end seal.

●Multiple sets of mixing arms and blades on two mixing shafts form a mixing device, ensuring that the mixture inside the cylinder can be fully mixed longitudinally and transversely in a short period of time, achieving the goal of thorough mixing.
●The blades of JS1000 mixer are made of high-strength impact wear-resistant cast iron, which can reach 3700 cans/time during normal production. Its performance indicators comply with JG/T5045.1-93 regulations (HRC ≥ 58, impact value ≥ 5.0N.M/mm2, bending strength 600N/mm2).
