JS1500 Concrete Mixer/Introduction

The JS1500 forced concrete mixer, produced by the domestic and international brand Xinfeng Machinery, is also the main machine for 75 mixing plants and 90 mixing plants. This machine has the dual advantages of independent operation as a single machine and the ability to form a simple concrete mixing plant with PLD series batching machines. It can also provide supporting main machines for mixing plants.

The unloading height of this machine is 2.7m and 3.8m respectively (or customized by the user), and users can equip their own dump truck or concrete mixing and conveying truck for use.

The two parallel main shafts of the mixing device are each equipped with 7 mixing arms. The adjacent mixing arms on the same main shaft are distributed at a 60 ° angle, and the relative angle relationship between the two main shafts is fixed, which is ensured by the coupling between the two reducers.

The feeding system consists of a hoisting mechanism, a feeding dragon frame, a hopper, a feeding nozzle, etc.
The brake motor drives the drum to rotate through the reducer, and the steel wire rope pulls the hopper up along the feeding rack track through the pulley. When it reaches the preset height, a pair of rollers on the bottom hopper door enter the feeding rack water track, and the hopper door automatically opens. The material is fed into the mixing drum through the feeding nozzle.

The unloading system consists of unloading doors, air pumps, directional valves, air distribution valves, cylinders, electrical and other mechanisms.
The discharge door is located at the bottom of the mixer and is controlled by a cylinder to open and close the pneumatic discharge and discharge door. The sealing of the discharge door can be ensured by adjusting the position of the sealing strip.
The manual unloading lever of JS1500 mixer is used for emergency unloading in case of temporary power outage and cylinder failure. It should be removed regularly to prevent injury.

The electrical circuit of JS1500 mixer includes air switch, fuse, thermal relay, and functions of short circuit protection and overload protection.
The control buttons, air switch handles, and indicator lights are all located on the door of the distribution box and are equipped with door locks. There is a protective cover on the button.
