The JS3000 concrete mixer is one of our company's main products. The JS3000 forced mixer is the most commonly used mixing equipment in engineering, with a discharge capacity of 3 cubic meters per batch. It is also known as a 3-square concrete mixer or a three-way mixer and can be used as the main unit of a 180 mixing plant with a cycle period of 60 seconds. The JS3000 forced mixer is a large type of concrete mixing machinery that provides a matching main unit, with uniform mixing, simple structure, reliable operation, and easy maintenance.

The circular arc part of the mixing drum is welded, and there are five types of lining plates embedded inside the mixing drum, all of which are fastened to the drum body with countersunk screws. Due to the different contact conditions between the aggregate and the lining plate, the wear of the lining plate is uneven. To improve the service life of the lining plate, it can be exchanged with each other.

The electronic control circuit is equipped with air switches, fuses, and thermal relays, which have the functions of short circuit and overload protection. All control buttons, air switch handles, and indicator lights are located on the distribution box door and equipped with door locks. The button is equipped with a protective cover.
