The KZA series intelligent constant current and constant voltage charger is designed according to the charging curve of the battery, with performance such as constant current, constant voltage, sufficient protection, and automatic equalization charging. It is mainly designed for power systems, communication systems, railway systems, ship systems, mining electric locomotives, electric vehicles, pallet trucks, forklift trucks, electric platform trucks, electric hydraulic platform trucks, high-altitude work platforms, electric amusement equipment, electric cruise ships, electric floor scrubbers, etc. The batteries are specially designed to fully consider the actual usage of users, truly achieving no adjustment, unmanned operation, intelligent charging, and full charge self stop.
This charger has the following functions:
Constant current charging: No matter how low the battery is under voltage, it can be charged with rated current and constant current, avoiding the phenomenon of overcurrent charging in the early stage of undervoltage batteries.
Constant voltage charging: The battery undergoes constant current charging, and when the voltage rises to the set value, it automatically switches to constant voltage charging. At this point, the capacity has been fully charged80%Left and right, the charging current gradually decreases. In the later stage of charging, constant voltage charging reduces battery gas evolution and polarization, and improves battery life.
Adequate indication: Continue charging with constant voltage and low current until the battery capacity reaches95%Above, when the sufficient light is on, stop charging.
Balanced charging: In order to avoid outdated battery cells and insufficient charging of batteries in cold regions and old batteries, this machine has a special equalization function. After the battery is fully charged, press the equalization button once to perform equalization charging,2Automatically stop charging within hours. 10% of the battery capacity can be replenished. Please follow the instructions in the battery manual for regular or monthly charging.[12Vand24VSome chargers may not have this function]

Steps for using an intelligent chargerConnect the output line of the charger reliably to the positive and negative terminals of the charged battery, with the red line connected to the positive terminal and the black line connected to the negative terminal (note: it is strictly prohibited to connect the positive and negative terminals in reverse).After determining the voltage of the input power socket, connect the charger power supply and close the charger switch.
