The KZA-II series microcomputer controlled intelligent charger is the second generation of cost-effective industrial charger products launched by Shanjie Electric based on years of research and development and manufacturing of chargers, as well as a thorough understanding of battery characteristics, through repeated experiments to develop precise charging processes and algorithms.
The KZA-II series microcomputer controlled intelligent charger adopts single-chip intelligent control, seven segment digital display, and clear charging status and parameters. The precise charging algorithm designed based on the battery charging curve and its charging absorption conversion characteristics integrates various battery sufficiency discrimination methods, including voltage change rate (dv/dt), current change rate (di/dt), maximum charging capacity (AHmax), and maximum charging time (Tmax), to ensure that the battery can be fully charged without overcharging. Equipped with dynamic tracking and automatic adjustment of charging parameters, as well as comprehensive protection functions.
The KZA-II series microcomputer controlled intelligent charging machine is mainly designed for power systems, communication systems, railway systems, ship systems, as well as electric forklifts, electric vehicles, mining electric locomotives, electric handling vehicles, electric tourist sightseeing vehicles, electric hydraulic platform vehicles, electric amusement equipment, electric cruise ships, electric floor scrubbers and other batteries. It fully considers the actual usage situation of users and truly achieves no adjustment, unmanned operation, intelligent charging, and full charge self stop.

Basic workflow of KZA2 intelligent charger:
♦ Conventional charging
Connect the input and output lines of the charger to the input power supply and battery correctly and reliably, paying attention to the correct input AC voltage and the positive and negative polarity of the output lines, with the red line connected to the positive pole and the black line connected to the negative pole. Close the AC input switch of the charger, and the charger will perform self check and soft start Enter the charging state.
Monitor battery voltage, if the battery connection is reliable and correct, the charger will automatically enter the charging process; If the battery is reversed or the battery voltage is incorrect, the charger will not charge and display the corresponding status code.
The "charging" indicator light flashes and the buzzer beeps once, and the charger automatically charges the battery at its rated current; The charger automatically detects the battery capacity and voltage, and determines the replenishment time based on the remaining capacity of the battery. If the battery has sufficient remaining power, it will quickly stop charging, avoiding overcharging of batteries that are already fully charged. If the remaining battery power is insufficient, the charger will charge according to the normal process.
When the battery is charged to 80%, the charger enters the constant voltage charging and pulse charging states. At this time, the battery charging current and charging time are controlled by monitoring the battery capacity voltage to ensure that the battery is sufficient without overcharging, and to minimize battery gas evolution.
After completing the above charging process, if there is no requirement for uniform charging, the charger will shut down, the charging (green), 80% (green), and sufficient (green) indicator lights will remain on, and the buzzer will sound for 1 minute.
The maximum time for regular charging is about 12 hours. If there are any abnormalities, please contact our company in a timely manner.
Do not disassemble the battery during charging or when the battery is not fully charged to avoid danger. Charging is complete, indicating that the battery is sufficient and can be removed directly.
♦ Equal charging
If the "equalization" button is pressed during normal battery charging, the charger will wait for half an hour after the battery is fully charged and automatically enter the "equalization state". During the waiting equalization time, the charger timer will pause.
If the "equalization" button is pressed after the battery is fully charged, the charger will immediately enter the equalization state.
After fully balancing the battery for 1.5-2 hours, the equalization is complete, the machine stops, and the buzzer sounds for one minute. Pressing the "equalization" button again at this time is ineffective.
Please follow the battery manual to evenly charge the battery, or charge it once a month.
♦ desulfurization
Note: The desulfurization process is only applicable to the first charging of batteries after long-term storage and the forced recovery of battery performance after aging (requiring continuous monitoring of battery charging status), and is not applicable to the first charging of factory batteries.
In the charging state, press the "desulfurization" button for 15 seconds to enter the desulfurization state.
Firstly, the charger charges the battery with a high current, and when certain conditions are met, it charges the battery with a low current until the charging is complete; The maximum total duration is approximately 24 hours.
After completing desulfurization, stop charging and the buzzer will sound for one minute.
